If anyone wants to make the bread I posted, I wrote out the instructions in the comments section under the bread pics. Love to all of you.

    Thanks for the recipe. If i motivate and try it out i will let you know how it turns out. Sour Dough is the Bread of Choice in the Northwest. Fill it with Clam Chowder! I am still a Rye Fan.
